Find out moreWhy Choose PDA Law
Why Choose PDA Law Over a Cheaper Conveyancer?
When you compare conveyancing quotes, you will often find a range from around £500 to well over £1,500 for the same transaction. The difference is not always obvious from a quote — but it matters significantly when something goes wrong, or when your transaction needs to move quickly.
Qualified solicitors handle your file — not paralegals
Many online and volume conveyancing firms keep costs low by assigning the majority of work to unqualified or junior staff, with a solicitor reviewing only the final title report. At PDA Law, qualified solicitors handle your transaction from start to finish. If a legal issue arises — a title defect, a restrictive covenant, a boundary dispute — the person working on your file has the legal knowledge to resolve it without escalation delays or additional costs.
Sean Watts — almost 30 years of conveyancing experience
Our conveyancing team is led by Sean Watts, a solicitor with nearly three decades of residential property experience. Sean and the team have encountered and resolved virtually every complication a property transaction can produce. That depth of experience is what you are paying for — and it is what protects your transaction when the unexpected happens.
No completion no fee — you carry no financial risk if the sale falls through
If your purchase or sale does not complete, we charge nothing in legal fees. Chain collapses, seller withdrawals and mortgage offer expiries are distressing enough without also receiving a legal bill. Our no completion no fee guarantee means you only pay when your transaction completes successfully.
Direct dial to your solicitor
You will have direct telephone and email access to the solicitor handling your file — not a call centre, not a generic inbox. When you need an update, you contact the person who knows your transaction.
Advanced case management system
Our online case management platform lets you view your transaction in real time, upload documents, complete electronic ID verification and anti-money laundering checks, and receive updates at every stage. Property searches, SDLT calculations and Land Registry submissions are handled within the same system — reducing delays and minimising the risk of administrative error.
