Paul D'Ambrogio is the founding Director of PDA Law. This May marks 25 years since he established the firm — a milestone that follows three decades of practice as a qualified solicitor. Over that time, Paul has guided clients through an extraordinary range of legal matters: from individuals seeking a little straightforward advice to charities for whom PDA Law has become an integral part of their mission. Jane is a Director and Solicitor at PDA Law with almost 30 years' experience advising landlords. Ana is a commercial property solicitor with several years' post-qualification experience advising institutional investors, developers, landlords, tenants, lenders and corporate occupiers on transactional and advisory real estate matters. Sean is a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with almost 30 years' experience handling all aspects of residential conveyancing. He is known for his methodical approach and exceptional attention to detail, and is particularly valued by clients for the care he takes in keeping them well-informed at every stage of their transaction. Sean's depth of experience means he is well-equipped to handle even the most complex residential property matters with confidence and precision.

Vikki is a Senior Conveyancing Executive with 20 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a particular specialist interest in new build properties. She handles all aspects of residential conveyancing, bringing deep practical knowledge and a commitment to clear, efficient service for every client. Vikki's expertise in new build transactions — including Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes — makes her an invaluable resource for clients purchasing newly constructed homes.

Victoria brings almost 20 years of experience in residential conveyancing to every matter she handles. Having been with PDA Law for over 10 years, she is a highly valued and trusted member of the conveyancing team. Victoria is methodical and conscientious in her approach, and takes great care to ensure that clients are kept well informed at every stage of their transaction. She works closely with Sean Watts, and together they ensure that clients receive the attentive, thorough service they expect.

Martin joined PDA Law in July 2022 as a Family Law Executive, bringing with him almost three decades of specialist family law experience. He handles the full spectrum of family law matters — from straightforward divorce to high-value financial remedy cases and complex, contested child arrangements. Over the course of his career, Martin has helped thousands of domestic abuse victims, and his empathetic, client-centred approach has earned him a strong reputation with both clients and local authorities. A key quality that Martin brings is his realism: where less experienced practitioners may pursue the maximum at any cost, Martin's depth of knowledge allows him to set realistic expectations from the outset, keeping proceedings constructive and legal costs firmly under control.

Alex joined PDA Law in 2024, having qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Over the course of his career across the North West and North Wales, he has worked across civil litigation, employment law, and family law. His current practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation — covering any dispute or potential dispute involving contracts, land and business matters — and employment law, where he acts for and advises both employers and employees. A career highlight was representing a client in a disability discrimination and unfair dismissal claim against a well-known national retailer, resulting in what was at the time one of the highest awards of its kind in the local area, reported in the national press.

Laura is a qualified solicitor with ten years' post-qualification experience, specialising in wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney. She is known for her calm, methodical approach — qualities that are particularly valued by clients navigating what can be emotionally complex and sensitive family situations. Laura has a genuine understanding of the dynamics that arise within families at difficult times, and she brings both legal expertise and thoughtful insight to every matter she handles. David is PDA Law's first point of contact for clients enquiring about wills, trusts, and estate planning. As Wills, Trusts & Estates Executive, he brings a warm, personable approach to what can be a sensitive and sometimes uncomfortable subject — and clients consistently remark on how at ease he makes them feel from the very first conversation. David understands that discussing wills and end-of-life planning requires both discretion and empathy, and he handles every enquiry with exactly that. He is known for going the extra mile to ensure clients achieve the outcome they are looking for.

Ritesh qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and has since built a focused practice in road traffic law, advising and representing clients across the full spectrum of motoring offences. From speeding and mobile phone charges to drink driving, drug driving, totting up, and serious motoring offences, Ritesh brings sharp legal knowledge and a practical, results-driven approach to every case. He understands how much is at stake when a driving licence is at risk — whether that means a client's livelihood, independence, or freedom — and he works hard to achieve the best possible outcome in every case.

Jonathan joined PDA Law in 2025 as Head of Military Claims, bringing over a decade of specialist experience in complex disease, military and personal injury matters. He has achieved multiple six-figure settlements in challenging, high-value cases. Jonathan's areas of expertise include noise-induced hearing loss, bullying and harassment, medical negligence, industrial disease and catastrophic injuries. His track record in high-value, complex claims makes him one of the most experienced practitioners in this specialist field.

Nikolina is a Legal Executive specialising in probate, wills, trusts, and estate administration. She is experienced across a wide range of estate matters — from straightforward administrations to complex situations involving property issues, inheritance tax, and sensitive family circumstances — always with a focus on clarity, care, and practical solutions. Nikolina's thorough and considered approach ensures that clients receive the support they need during what can be a difficult and emotional time.

Darren is a Senior Private Client Executive at PDA Law Solicitors, specialising in all aspects of private client work including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and probate. A member of STEP since 2011, Darren brings a broad, practical understanding of the issues clients and their families face, with a record of no successful claims across his career. Kirsty is the Lettings Manager at PDA Law, bringing over 11 years of specialist experience in the lettings industry. Daniel is particularly valued for his ability to provide fast, practical solutions when dealing with a large and varied portfolio — a quality that comes from years of hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of the day-to-day realities of property management.

Victoria joined PDA Law two years ago and has quickly established herself as a valued member of the private client and family law teams. As a Trainee Solicitor, she works across wills, trusts, estates, probate, and family law — developing a broad and well-rounded practice under the supervision of the firm's experienced solicitors. Victoria is particularly known for her approachable, down-to-earth manner, which clients find reassuring when navigating some of the most sensitive and personal matters they will ever face.
