SRA Regulated — Transparent Pricing

Our Fees & Transparency

Clear, upfront pricing across all regulated practice areas — published in line with SRA Transparency Rules.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority requires us to publish price and service information for certain practice areas. We go further — we aim to be transparent about costs across everything we do. Your exact written quote will always be confirmed before any work begins.

SRA Requirement

The SRA requires all regulated firms to publish fee information for residential conveyancing, probate, employment, road traffic, and family law.

Written Quotes

We confirm your exact fee in writing before any work begins. Nothing is added to your bill without your prior agreement.

No Surprises

We explain disbursements upfront, flag anything that may increase cost, and keep you informed throughout your matter.

General Notes on Our Fees

VAT

Where fees are shown as "+ VAT", VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%. Some pages show fees inclusive of VAT — this is noted clearly on each page.

Disbursements

Disbursements are costs payable to third parties (e.g. Land Registry, HMRC, court fees). These are in addition to our legal fees and are itemised in your written quote.

Written Estimates

We will always provide a written estimate before any work begins. If the complexity of your matter changes, we will write to you before incurring additional costs.

No Obligation

You are under no obligation to proceed after an initial discussion. We will not start work until you have agreed the fee in writing.
