About Our Personal Injury Claims Service

PDA Law is a specialist serious injury law firm based in Chester, providing expert personal injury claims advice to clients across England and Wales. Our serious injury team — led by Jonathan Cloudsdale — focuses exclusively on catastrophic and serious injury cases, including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, fatal accidents, road traffic accidents and accidents at work.

We operate on a no win, no fee basis for all serious injury claims. This means you do not pay our legal fees if your claim is unsuccessful. If your claim succeeds, we charge a success fee — but this is capped by law and we explain it clearly before any work begins. We also arrange After the Event (ATE) insurance to protect you against the defendant's costs.

Serious injury claims are complex and can take several years to resolve. The key to achieving the best outcome is early instruction of specialist solicitors who understand the medical, financial and legal issues involved. Early instruction allows us to secure interim payments, fund rehabilitation, and preserve evidence — all of which can make a significant difference to the outcome of your claim.

If you have been seriously injured and would like to discuss a potential claim, call us on 01244 757352 for a free, confidential initial discussion. There is no obligation to proceed, and we will give you an honest assessment of your prospects.
