The key points about personal injury legal costs

Under a no win no fee agreement, you pay nothing to start your claim. There are no upfront fees or disbursements to pay.
Nothing to pay if you lose
If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing to us. ATE insurance covers the other side's costs.
Success fee capped at 25%
If you win, the success fee is capped by law at 25% of your general damages and past losses.
Costs explained upfront
We explain all costs clearly in your funding agreement before any work begins. No surprises.
Costs recovered from opponent
If your claim succeeds, we seek to recover your legal costs from the other side, reducing deductions from your damages.
SRA regulated
We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Our costs are transparent and compliant with SRA Transparency Rules.
