Transparent, proportionate fees for charity legal services. Fixed and capped options available. All fees confirmed in writing before any work begins.
SRA Transparency Rules: The fees shown below are indicative starting points. Your actual fee will depend on the complexity of your matter. We will always confirm your fee in writing before any work begins. VAT is charged at the current rate (20%).

Disbursements
Disbursements are costs paid to third parties on your behalf. They are in addition to our legal fees and are charged at cost.

Pro Bono Commitment
We have a discretionary pro bono commitment for smaller charities and faith-based organisations where the matter is appropriate and resources allow. We also offer fixed and capped fee arrangements to make our services accessible.
Pro bono support is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Factors we consider include the size and resources of the organisation, the nature of the matter, and whether the matter is in the public interest.

Fee Arrangements
Fixed Fee
A fixed price agreed in advance for a defined scope of work. No surprises.
Capped Fee
A maximum fee agreed in advance. You pay the actual time cost up to the cap.
Hourly Rate
Time-spent billing for complex or unpredictable matters. Rate: £250 + VAT/hr.
Pro Bono
Discretionary free advice for smaller charities where appropriate.
Staged Billing
Fees billed in stages as work progresses — helpful for larger transactions.
Deferred Payment
In some cases, fees can be deferred to completion of a transaction.
